As the artist
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN DOWN ANY REQUEST
I reserve the right to refund at any time if I feel I am unable to complete the request
I reserve the right to update or clarify any of these conditions at any time or as need be to better protect myself as the artist and you as the commissioner from misunderstanding or wrongful harm
I retain the right to post the finished piece for self-promotion. However, a request can be made to not post the piece for privacy reasons. This request nulls the commissioner's privilege to repost the piece.
As the client
The client retains all rights to their character(s).
The client may use the art freely as a reference for other artists.
The client can not pay for, trade services, or barter with another artist to edit my art in any manner. I do not allow anyone else to edit my work without my permission. Exceptions to this rule are icons and banners for use on forums and profiles.
Only the client has the right to repost the image with credit to myself,the artist, via links to any of my social media or online galleries.
The client can give others permission to repost so long as i, the artist, is credited via a link to any of my social media or online galleries.COMMUNICATION
Fill out the google doc form including your contact information and i will contact you via that method [If there is no fillout form, it will be through the way You have contacted me at first]
Telegram preferred if it is a commission that costs more than $100
Make sure all information that you give me is clear and correct. The client is fiscally responsible for any misinformation I am given that results in mistakes in the commission. If you make a mistake, you can edit your response within 24 hours or before I've sent you your invoice. Or you may email me.PAYMENT

Customer is required to pay up front; if prices are any higher than $100, partial payments can be made [ PARTIAL PAYMENTS NOT ALLOWED ON AUCTIONS / YCHs]
You are receiving digital items only
I will invoice you the amount.
Character complexity may cause the price to fluctuate.
Clients who are unable to pay within the first 24hrs will have their commission canceled, however if the slot is still available by the time the client is responsive the slot will only be available after payment.REFUNDS
I reserve the right to refund you at any time for any given reason
If you, the commissioner, request a refund or have cancelled for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund if I have not started your commission. HOWEVER, if I have begun work on said commission you will only receive a partial refund.
(EX. You have commissioned me for ($35) and I’ve completed the sketch, I reserve the right to withhold $10 for the work that has been completed and you will be refunded the remaining amount ($25). The sketch will be yours to keep and do as you please.
Fully completed work is not eligible for a refund
I expect YOU to provide as many accurate references as possible and clearly communicate to prevent misinterpretation
If you are unsatisfied or have any concerns, please contact me, the artist, before disputing via paypal - I am very easy to work and talk with, truly. And I want the best for all my customers!CHANGES POLICY
If the commission is complicated, you are allowed 3 major alterations to the sketch
Small alterations, such as, making an eye bigger or hair longer, etc is OK and do not count as 'major'.
WIPs [work in progress] are a given, if the commission costs more than $40, during the sketch phase then once more in the clean sketch phase only.
Major edits will be made as necessary in the sketching process only
Changes in the colours/patterns are easy and can be requested before completion of the final pieceCOMPLETION
It can, Regularly, take up to a day to 2 weeks to complete [at worst cases, up to 2 months] a commission depending on the complexity and time available (it can take up to 1 YEAR if it is a particularly difficult piece or I am flooded with commissions or personal issues arise.)
IF IT EXCEEDS THAT TIME FRAME WITHOUT ANY CONTACT FROM MYSELF, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME WITH YOUR CONCERNS
Time estimates are, in fact, estimates and subject to change!
Completion of commissions are done by inspiration, not queue (your name on the commission list does not mean you are 'next in line' - tho I do try to be orderly - it just doesn't always work that way.)
You will receive the original size piece, you are welcome to resize it for reposting.
Please do NOT forget, it may well take up to a YEAR to complete. - Meaning, please be mindful of paypal disputes, you are agreeing to my terms as soon as You pay for the piece.SUBJECT MATTER
If what you want isn't on the lists below, don't be afraid to ask.
If a commissioner is trying to purchase art of a character that does not belong to them , will require proof that they have permission to get art of that character from the owner

Deadlines
Deadlines are required to be presented weeks to months before you buy a commission.
ONE WEEK is the minimum amount of time you can request a deadline.
Prices range from $20-$100 extra onto the total, depending on time frame

The Artist is not obligated to keep the finished piece in their possession.
